Who we are
This website is run by DevApptics (“we”, “us”), a software studio that builds websites, mobile apps and AI automations. This policy explains what personal information we handle when you visit this site or contact us, and what we do with it.

The short version
- This site has no sign-up, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- The ShopNative quote form doesn’t send anything to us by itself. It opens your email app or WhatsApp with your details filled in, and nothing reaches us unless you send that message.
- We don’t set cookies.
- We only get your personal details if you choose to email us or message us on WhatsApp.
- We never sell your information.
Information we collect
When you contact us. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp (including through the ShopNative quote form), we receive what you send: typically your name, email address or phone number, your store URL, and the details of your project or question. We use this only to reply to you, prepare quotes and, if we work together, deliver the project.
When you browse the site. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We don’t use it to identify you.
Third-party services
A few trusted services are involved in running this site and handling messages. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Vercel hosts this website and processes server request logs. Vercel privacy policy
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google privacy policy
- Gmail (Google) handles email sent to our address.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages sent through the WhatsApp link. WhatsApp privacy policy
These providers may store and process data in countries other than your own.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and send quotes.
- To deliver, support and invoice work you hire us for.
- To keep the website running and secure.
- To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
We don’t add you to mailing lists or send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Sharing
We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers listed above, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and project details for as long as needed to work with you and provide support, and for any period required for legal or accounting reasons. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your messages sooner at any time.
Client project data
When we build or fix software for you, we may get access to your code, accounts or databases, which can contain your customers’ data. We use that access only to do the work you’ve asked for, keep it confidential, and don’t copy or keep that data longer than the project requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email devapptics@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including using reputable providers and secured accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send passwords or other sensitive credentials by email or chat unless we’ve agreed a safe way to share them.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and isn’t intended for children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
This site links to external services such as WhatsApp and the ShopNative demo and documentation site (shopnative.pages.dev, hosted on Cloudflare Pages). We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
